Shipping Coverage
MINDYES currently offers free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.
Fulfillment & Delivery
All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S.-based warehouses and fulfillment centers. We work with reliable logistics partners such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Depending on product availability and your location, orders may be shipped from different warehouse locations within the United States.
Processing & Delivery Time
· Processing Time: 1–3 business days
· Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days
Total estimated delivery time: 6–13 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to high demand, holidays, or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
You can track your order through the carrier’s official website (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL).
In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees.
Large or Oversized Items
For large, bulky, or heavy items (such as outdoor cabinets or furniture), we may use freight shipping services.
· Delivery is typically curbside only
· Assembly and indoor placement are not included
· We recommend having assistance available at the time of delivery
Freight Delivery Scheduling
For freight shipments:
· The carrier may contact you in advance to schedule delivery
· A delivery time window will typically be provided
· Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment
If delivery cannot be completed due to inaccessibility or absence, additional fees may apply.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
· If the package is visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately
· If damage is discovered after delivery, please notify us within 48 hours
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
If a package is refused or returned due to customer reasons, shipping and return costs may be deducted from your refund.
