Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
· Unused and in original condition
· Returned in original packaging
· Accompanied by proof (photo or video if applicable)
Items that have been installed, used, or damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for return.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
· Change of mind
· Ordered the wrong product
· Product no longer needed
· Does not meet personal expectations
Please note: all returns must first be approved by our customer support team.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
For non-quality related returns, the following conditions apply:
· A 10%–15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
· Original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable
· Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer
This policy helps us maintain fair pricing and efficient logistics across our U.S. warehouse network.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
· Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
· Provide clear photos or videos of the issue
After verification, we will offer one of the following solutions:
· Free replacement
· Full refund
· Partial refund depending on the situation
In cases of transit damage, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please:

Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us

· Reason for return
· Supporting photos/videos (if applicable)
Step 2: Approval & Instructions
Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
Step 3: Ship the Item
· Use a trackable shipping method
· Ensure the item is securely packaged
· Provide tracking number after shipment
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
· Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
· Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
· Bank processing may take an additional 7–10 business days depending on your provider
Please note: returned items showing signs of use or damage may result in partial refund or rejection.
Order Cancellation
Standard Products
· Within 24 hours of order: free cancellation
· Before shipment: 10% processing fee
· After shipment: 10%–15% restocking + shipping fee applies
· Once shipped: cannot be canceled
Important Note
Orders processed from our U.S. warehouse system may enter fulfillment quickly, so cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.
Custom or Special Orders
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be returned or canceled once production or allocation has started.
We always confirm order details before shipment to ensure accuracy.
